Cleveland Air Show 2007 , Major John Klatt shows a young fan his airplane! : He had finished his performance and landed his aircraft, which was parked on the tarmac just opposite a large crowd area. As he walked from his aircraft, many started to applaud. He walked over and reached across the fence to shake hands with a number of the spectators. This little boy was just so excited about the plane and was very vocal, so when John Klatt got to the boy, he got permission from his mom to take him over to the aircraft. This he did. But he also picked the lad up and put him in the cockpit. This certainly was something Major Klatt did not have to do, but was probably the most exciting thing that had happened to this boy in his entire young life. l was blessed to be nearby and able to photograph the entire sequence
